Col. Jean Henderson, a Wheaton, Illinois native and 505th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade incoming commander, is passed the unit guidon from Brig. Gen. Christopher R. Kemp, 335th Signal Command (Theater) commanding general, East Point, Georgia, during a change of command ceremony at the Taylor Hall U.S. Army Reserve Center in Las Vegas August 14, where Col. Matthew Easley, has led the unit for two years.
