Sgt. James Molina Importance of Hispanic Heritage
Camaraderie and Selfless service are what comes to mind when it comes to Hispanic culture and Army Values. Especially for me, like many Hispanic families, we tend to do everything together and value "family time." The Army is a the same in that we are a small family that knows each other's quirks, and the difficult situations builds stronger bonds. In the Army and in your family, the bonds are strengthened because we grow together in the good times and in the not so good times. Those experiences make my family and Army relationship stronger.
