643rd RSG changes leadership
Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Vincent B. Barker, commanding general of the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), addresses and the Soldiers of the 643rd Regional Support Group during their change of command ceremony, April 9 at the Whitehall, Ohio, Army Reserve Center. Col. Stephen R. Smith, formerly the chief of staff for the 310th ESC, is taking over command of the 643rd RSG from Col. William J. McLaen.
