Chicago ruck march held in honor of struggling veterans
Lt. Col. Charles Lewis, Army Reserve operations officer for the 416th Theater Engineer Command, shouts with joy at Navy Pier after finishing the Chicago Honor the Fallen Ruck March. Approximately 450 military veterans, service members and supporters gathered for a 22-mile ruck march on May 22, just days before Memorial Day, to honor military men and women who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or have committed suicide.
