Provides liaison capabilities between Army Forces (ARFOR), Joint/Coalition Forces Land Component Command (J/CFLCC), Joint Task Force (JTF), subordinate headquarters and multinational headquarters to ensure communication, mutual understanding, and unity of purpose and action.
