In April 2010, the 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) deployed to Iraq in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn and provided logistics and support to forces throughout the country.
In August 2019, the 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC), deployed to the U.S. Central Command Area of Responsibility in support of Operational Enduring Freedom (Spartan Shield). Our Cactus Soldiers provided sustainment mission command and operational-level sustainment support to Army, Joint, Interagency, and Multinational Forces throughout the region.
