Nearly 100 Army Reserve Soldiers from the 76th Operational Response Command recently spent four-days conducting a direct response exercise at the Western Regional Training Center in Ogden, Utah.  The exercise was one of the first the command has held since the COVID 19 pandemic began earlier this year.
