39 newly promoted E5s within the 633rd Quartermaster Battalion took the Non-Commissioned Officer oath during a time-honored NCO induction ceremony, which took place in Mason, Ohio Mar. 10, 2024. Their Command Sgt. Maj., Anibal Roche, who organized the day's event, said "It's a ceremony that represents the passage from a junior soldier to earning seargent stripes and knowing that they are now a leader and the future of the NCO Corps."
