9th Mission Support Command Medical Planner Capt. Andrea Araullo discusses her stay in Palau thus far and what she hope to accomplish. Her visit so far helped lay the groundwork for possible future medical rotational engagements. Capt. Araullo also discusses support for outreach, screening, community health education and prevention; establishment of a wellness program; a Mobile Dental Clinic for dental screenings of school-aged children; behavioral health support for first responders, children and U.S. veterans. Subject matter expert engagements like these build and enhance relationships and partner capacity with the community of Palau.
