Framing leadership goals through community service
U.S. Army Reserve Soldier 1st Sgt. Kanetrica Carr, headquarters and headquarters company first sergeant assigned to the Mobilization Demobilization Operations Center (MDOC) from the 2-381st Training Support Battalion, 120th Infantry Brigade, Division West, assists with moving a piece of wooden roof frame so that it can be lifted on to new house construction during a Habitat for Humanity housing project in Waco, Texas, May 16, 2021. Carr, along with other Army Reserve Soldiers on the MDOC team used this volunteer opportunity to frame a creative way for team and leadership building while also supporting the local community.
