Black Chamber of Orange County pays homage to Buffalo Soldier legacy
Chaplain (Capt.) Brenda Threatt of California State Military Reserve provides the invocation at the Black Chamber of Orange County’s Annual Banquet at the Disneyland Hotel August 27, 2016, in Anaheim, Calif.
