FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. - U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Christian Bennett, a wheeled-vehicle mechanic with the 79th Theater Sustainment Command, manages calls in the Tactical Operations Center during Operation Cold Steel II Oct. 26, 2017, at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. Operation Cold Steel II is the U.S. Army Reserve's crew-served weapons qualification and validation exercise to ensure that America's Army Reserve units and Soldiers are trained and ready to deploy on short notice as part of Ready Force X, bringing combat-ready and lethal firepower in support of the Total Army and our Joint Force anywhere in the world.
