Bien, Army Reserve Ambassador for the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Bien was among the speakers during the opening session of a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event at Oxon Hill, Maryland.  The YRRP is a congressionally mandated program that helps service members and their families connect with their local support community before, during and after deployments.
