PENSACOLA, FL. - U.S. Army veterinarians work with various law enforcement agencies to show tactical emergency care for their canine partners during a K9 Tactical Emergency Casualty Care course hosted by the U.S. Army Reserve’s 350th Civil Affairs Command, in Pensacola, Fla. on Sept. 6.
