PINELLAS, Fla. - Joseph Walser, who runs wellness and suicide prevention programs for the Pinellas Park, Fla.-based Army Reserve Medical Command, said Army Reserve Soldiers have unique challenges compared to active-duty Soldiers and National Guardsmen. Walser, an Army and Marine veteran said many people join the Army Reserve seeking the connectiveness wanting in society, but because the Army Reserve is part of society, it also struggles with connectivity.
