RICHMOND, Va. - Soldiers of the Army Reserve Medical Command’s North East Medical Area Readiness Support Group, 7457th Medical Backfill Battalion in morning formation in Richmond, Va., May 4, 2020. The unit forms an Army Reserve Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force ready to assist with patient care in areas heavily affected by the COVID-19 virus. The Army Reserve has nearly 3,000 Soldiers supporting the Department of Defense response to the virus.
