85th U.S. ARMY RESERVE SUPP0RT COMMAND

Arlington Heights, Illinois

Soldiers assigned to the 85th Support Command participate in a stress management briefing exercise, April 3, 2016. The participants were thrown a ball and asked to say something that stressed them out and then toss the ball to someone new. During this exercise more balls were added into the circle and they were asked to move the balls faster each time. The soldiers developed a plan to reorganize and hand the ball to someone next to them to alleviate some of the stress of the chaos that developed after several rounds.
