The city of Chicago lights up its office buildings, on April 28, 2016, in the downtown area in recognition of the National Football Leagues’ three-day Draft Day taking place in Chicago from April 28 to April 30. Service members participated in the opening ceremony to include Staff Sgt. Ian Bowling, U.S. Army Field Band, who sang the National Anthem and the Army Reserve’s 85th Support Command presenting the colors during the playing of the National Anthem.
