Chief honors Black History Month with father’s legacy

FORT GORDON, Va. - Chief Warrant Officer 5 Phillip Brashear, 80th Training Command, speaks about his father, the late Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Carl Brashear. Phillip was featured as the guest speaker for the installation’s African American/Black History Month command program.
