General Electric Military Externship marks the 100th Army Reserve Graduate

MILWAUKEE - 3d Medical Command (Deployment Support) Deputy Commanding General Brig. Gen. Jonathan Woodson (center) along with leaders within the 3d MCDS, 5th Medical Brigade, and 804th Medical Brigade congratulate the newest graduates of the General Electric Military Externship. Spc. Lawrence Bynum (right of Brig. Gen. Woodson) from the 384th Medical Logistics Company located at Gillem Enclave, Ga., Spc. Greg Malihot (left of Brig. Gen. Woodson) and Sgt. Ryan Carignan (currently deployed) both from the 327th Medical Logistics Company in Newport, R.I., were among the graduating class of nine. The externship for biomedical equipment specialists with the 68A military occupational speciality (MOS), is a professional development program, a non-degree or additional skill identifier (ASI) producing program. The externship program aligns with GE's commitment to strengthening America's global competitiveness by building a more highly skilled workforce and supporting the integration of the nation's veterans into the industry.
