The Utah Jazz continued its tradition of support to Soldiers and Veterans through the recognition of several U. S. Army Reserve Soldiers during a half-time event on November 7, 2015. Members of the Utah Jazz, Memphis Grizzlies, and spectators witnessed the re-enlistment of Soldiers from the 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support) and the 76th Operational Response Command on center court of the Vivint Smart Home Arena. Brigadier General James Blankenhorn, Deputy Commanding General, 76th Operational Readiness Command, conducted the re-enlistment ceremony. The 13th Battalion, Army Reserve Careers Division, hosted the event.
