Soldiers assigned to Task Force Ops/LOCON stand-by and await orders to deploy to a nuclear attack scenario as part of the annual Vibrant Response training exercise at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, May 1, 2016. The event replicates a dynamic environment before, during and after the bomb to include effects of the blast and populace reaction. The response cells receive missions and input tasks into the simulation and monitor reports of their effects.
