EAST POINT, Ga. - Chief Warrant Officer 3 Steven O'Neal configues a CSS VSAT, also known as the Hawkeye II 1.2M at the headquarters in East Point, Ga. April 18, 2019. The CSS VSAT part of the joint building blocks communications system is a modular Internet Protocol package capable of providing secure and nonsecure voice, data, and video services. The system can support myriad operations scaling from a very small initial or early entry communications system up to establishment of a Joint Task Force or Joint Special Operations Task Force.
