On November 18, 2021, the 9th MSC’s Pacific Pride Paddlers (P3) had the honor and privilege of escorting the USS Daniel K. Inouye into Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. Six canoes paddled alongside the “Go For Broke” destroyer for her last mile into Merry Point Mooring. As she docked, all paddlers saluted the Sailors lined along the deck by raising their paddles to say, “Job well done and welcome home.”
