Philadelphia Stripes and Stars Festival
Maj. Gen. Troy D. Kok, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, gives the oath of enlistment June 14 to almost 50 new Army recruits during the Stripes and Stars Festival celebrating the U.S. Army 242nd birthday at Independence Hall in Philadelphia.
