Colonel David (Dave) R. Roscoe was a Distinguished Military Graduate, and commissioned into the Field Artillery through the Gannon University Reserve Officer Training Corps in 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science. He received a Master of Science in 1996 from Gannon University and a Juris Doctorate of Law in 2000 from Capital University.
