Philadelphia Stripes and Stars Festival
Maj. Gen. Troy D. Kok, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, speaks June 14 at a naturalization ceremony at the Betsy Ross House in downtown Philadelphia. Thirteen individuals became U.S. citizens in an event that coincided with Flag Day and the 242nd Army birthday.
