Nothing brings a smile to your face like snuggling with a lion cub. “I have a unique background in that I specialize in zoo/exotic medicine. Prior to deciding to become a veterinarian, I was a zoo keeper. All of my veterinary experience prior to and after completing veterinary school was treating and caring for a traditional zoo collection,” said Capt.
