Tomeka Johnson, senior enlisted leader of the 200th Military Police Command Headquarters Company, lifts weights over her head during the final step of the Military Police High Physical Demand Testing Analysis, which requires soldiers to wear approximately 80 pounds of protective equipment. The drill was part of a command sergeants majors and senior enlisted leaders forum hosted by the 200th Military Police Command in Los Alamitos, Calif., Feb 15-18, to discuss proactive personnel management of Soldiers in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Army Reserve MPs run Guardian Fit Camp

Annual Operation Love Letter

Family members of fallen soldiers from Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring gathered together to release balloons into the sky with love letters attached to them in their memory, Feb. 23. Survivor Outreach Services, an Army program, hosts Operation Love Letters to bring together family members of Fallen Soldiers from recent wars. During the event, family members took a moment to introduce their Fallen Soldier to one other, write a special letter to their fallen hero, and later attach the letter to a balloon to be released into the sky.

CROWS are flying to the Army Reserve

The Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) is mounted on top of a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle during a fielding to U.S. Army Reserve units at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas, Jan. 23-27, as part of a four-part fielding process intended to field CROWS to more than 25 Army Reserve units this fiscal year. The CROWS is a remote-controlled system compatible with four major crew-serve weapons, and it was developed to keep gunners safe within the vehicle while engaging enemy targets. Triple Threat: Female Army Reserve Soldier is a true American

Staff Sgt. Crystal Baetz, a U.S. Army Reserve military police Soldier with the 603rd Military Police Company in Belton, Missouri, poses for a photo before beginning a firefighter training simulation at the Highland Park Fire Department in Highland Park, Michigan, Oct. 13. The exercise is designed to train firefighters to find other firefighters who have become immobile and carry them to safety. During the training, Baetz had to wear her usual 80-pound load of gear, carry a full sized fire hose, wear a gas mask and find her partner while wearing a blindfold in order to simulate a building densely filled with smoke and carbon dioxide. Police partnership continues
