Train and develop competent, adaptive Leaders in decisive actions with the skills and attributes necessary to lead, train, and mentor Soldiers for current and future Operating Environments in an era of persistent conflict.

We are at war and everything we do must support victory domestically and in Overseas Contingency Operations. We must remain proficient in both the art and science  of war and live the Warrior Ethos. We will adapt as the enemy changes in order to relevant to the Soldiers we train. We answer to both the Army and the American people. They entrust us with their sons and daughters  as we train them to fight, survive, sustain, and win in any environment.
