403rd Conquers Mission Oriskany

UTICA, NEW YORK – Soldiers with the 353rd Civil Affairs Command and Bravo Company 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion pull security as a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter departs from an insertion point during an exercise on March 13, 2016 at the New York State Preparedness Training Center. Soldiers conducted humanitarian assistance operations with air insertion training sharpening their usage of civil affairs in real world scenarios.
