Spc. Tony Kosgei, a civil affairs specialist with C Co/418th Civil Affairs Battalion and Master Sgt. Marius Tudorache, a Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) non-commissioned officer with the 1st CIMIC, Romanian Land Forces, conducted a key leader engagement with role players during Exercise Combined Resolve 18 here on May 4, 2023. Combined Resolve 18 breaks through all barriers of systems, processes, and human and linguistic boundaries allowing partners and allies to conduct operations as one team.
