U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Valery Valtrain, 151st Theater Information Operations Group, conducts the plank alternate event while participating in the Army Combat Fitness Test conducted at Ft. Jackson, S.C. Valtrain successfuly maxed out at four minutes, 20 seconds. Valtrain is competing for the title “NCO of the Year” in the 2021 U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) Best Warrior Competition April 8 - 11, 2021. The USACAPOC(A) BWC is an annual competition that brings Soldiers from across the command to compete for the title of “Best Warrior.” BWC is designed to test each Soldiers’ mental and physical resilience as they adapt and overcome each scenario or task placed before them.
