POWIDZ, Poland - U.S. Army Europe Deputy Commanding General for Army National Guard, Maj. Gen. Joe Jarrard presents a coin of excellence to U.S. Army Reserve Maj. Brian Casey, from Helena, Montana, director of human resources for the 652nd Regional Support Group, before the United Service Organizations New Year’s tour show on Powidz Air Base, Powidz, Poland, January 8.
