THIACOURT, France - U.S. Army and Army Reserve Soldiers take part in a guided 10km WWI historical march from French Hill 304 to the village of Montfaucon, France, Sep. 21. The march followed the footsteps of the American Expeditionary Forces who fought over and captured the region 100 years ago during the Battle of Meuse-Argonne. French Soldiers and local civilians joined the event which was hosted by the Center of Military History and included multiple educational vignettes as participants walked from French Hill 304 to Montfaucon Village.
