U.S. Army medical Soldiers return to their roots in Ghana

Frank Goka, a mobilized Army Reserve Soldier assigned to Fort Hood, Texas, participated in MEDRETE 16-2, from Feb. 3-26, at the 37 Military Hospital, Accra, Ghana. Both Mensah and Goka are originally from Ghana. Reserve Soldier makes history at 94th Training Division

Command Sgt. Maj. Arlindo Almeida, outgoing senior noncommissioned officer of the 94th Training Division, hands the command colors to Brig. Gen. Steven W. Ainsworth, the 94th TD commander, symbolizing Almeida’s relinquishment of his duties. The change of responsibility took place during a ceremony at Fort Lee, Va., March 18, 2016. Ainsworth then passed the colors to Command Sgt. Maj. Sharon Campbell, making her the 94th TD’s new senior noncommissioned officer. Campbell is now the first female to hold the senior NCO position at the 94th TD.

7th Mission Support Command Strong Bonds event enriches couples and singles

GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany- Soldiers and family members of the 7th Mission Support Command gathered to learn coping and resiliency techniques during the Strong Bonds event held at the Armed Forces Recreational Center´s Edelweiss Lodge here March 18 to 20. The weekend event hosted by the 7th MSC Command Chaplain´s Office, stressed communication, time-management and spiritual development for Soldiers and their families.
