Janene Marshall-Gatling (left), outgoing 4th Brigade (Personnel Services) commander, is all smiles upon receiving a farewell gift from the Soldiers of the 4th Brigade (PS) during the unit’s change of command ceremony. The ceremony was held on Victory Field at Fort Jackson, S.C., July 11, 2020. Marshall-Gatling served as the 4th Brigade (PS) commander for two years prior to her relinquishment of command to Col.
