94th Training Division Instructor Maintains Excellence at RTS-M Devens

Sgt. 1st Class Gilbert Galman, a 94th Training Division instructor at Regional Training Site - Maintenance (RTS-M) Devens, prepares his students for a classroom test reviewing the fundamentals of maintaining an automatic fire extinguinshing system on a wheeled vehicle during the 91B Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic Course, 28 March 2018. Galman currently holds the mantle of Instructor of the Year at RTS-M Devens after the leadership chose him in October 2017 following a rigorous board selection process. He went on to represent Devens the next month at the 2017 Instructor of the Year competition sponsored by the 80th Training Command (TASS). Army Reserve command kicks off new readiness improvement program

Sgt. 1st Class Miranda Toussaint, a finance instructor with the U.S. Army Reserve’s 8th Battalion, 98th Regiment, has her blood pressure checked by Lisa Walls, event oversight administrator with Logistics Health Incorporated, during the 99th Regional Support Command’s Soldier Readiness Improvement Event March 4 at the Frank B. Lotts Center in Richmond, Virginia. This event was the first in the 99th RSC’s new Soldier Readiness Improvement Initiative, which offers unit commanders a one-stop shop for personnel and medical readiness that helps make Soldiers mission capable.

Boor, commanding general of the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command (right), upon his arrival July 14 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. As USARC’s commanding general, Luckey leads a community-based force of more than 200,000 Soldiers and Civilians with a "footprint" that includes 50 states, five territories, and more than 30 countries. The Army Reserve is a critical force provider of trained and ready units and Soldiers providing full spectrum capabilities essential for the Army to fight and win wars and respond to homeland emergencies on behalf of the American people.
