Scott Robison, an Army Reserve civilian and budget analyst for the 84th Training Command poses with his certificate from receiving the Certified Defense Financial Manager certification. To obtain this certification, candidates must meet a combination of education and job experience requirements and pass three proctored multiple-choice exams.

New Jersey Army National Guard 3-112th Field Artillery Regiment Soldiers fire ceremonial rounds for the U.S. Army Reserve 99th Readiness Division change of command ceremony, Dec. 16 at Doughboy Gym, on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The 99th DIV(R) is headquartered on JBMDL, which is the second-largest employer in New Jersey, second only to the state government. More than 40,000 active-duty and reserve-component service members, civilian employees and family members work and reside on the base.

7th ILE Detachment Gets New Commander
