The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is one of the 12 regional Reserve Banks that, together with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., make up the Federal Reserve System. The institution holds a remembrance ceremony the Thursday before Memorial Day every year. The Missing Man Table ceremony pays tribute to the nation’s fallen, missing and imprisoned military service members.
