Lotts Center in Richmond, Virginia. This event was the first in the 99th RSC’s new Soldier Readiness Improvement Initiative, which offers unit commanders a one-stop shop for personnel and medical readiness that helps make Soldiers mission capable.

CASAs are a vital part of the Army, promoting good relations between the Army and the public and advising the Secretary about regional issues. The 99th RSC provides facilities, logistics and personnel support to enhance the readiness of the 44,000 Army Reserve Soldiers in the command’s 13-state region stretching from Maine to Virginia.
