Maj. Gen. Smith currently serves as the Commanding General of the 63d Readiness Division. Additionally, she was the Deputy Surgeon General for Readiness, Mobilization and Reserve Affairs, Office of The Surgeon General, U.S. Army, where she was appointed to serve on two special task forces. She first served as the Chief of Staff for the Air Defense Artillery Health of the Force Assessment followed by Chief of Staff, Army Support Team to the Naming Commission.

Brig. Gen. Christopher W. Cook was commissioned on Dec. 16, 1994, through ROTC at East Central University in Oklahoma and entered Active Duty on Jan. 16, 1995, attending the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course before serving with the 6th Battalion, 32nd Field Artillery Regiment as a Platoon Leader, Maintenance Officer, and Battalion S-1. He transferred to the Army Reserve on May 31, 1999, and holds a Bachelor of Science in management from East Central University, an MBA from the University of Dallas, and a Master of Arts in strategic security studies from the National Defense University. Currently the Deputy Commanding General-Support for the 63d Readiness Division and DCG-Mobilization at Fort Cavazos, Texas, he previously commanded the 78th Training Division and held leadership roles across the 95th Division (IT) and 75th Training Command, among others. Recalled to Active Duty from 2004 to 2006 and again in 2012-2013, he deployed to Afghanistan in 2009, leading an Embedded Training Team. His military education includes Airborne School, Intermediate Level Education, and the National War College, and his awards include the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal (3 OLC), and Combat Action Badge. Brig. Gen. Cook is a senior system engineer at AT&T and a father of two daughters.

Catrina Collins (formerly Hanley) was appointed to her current role the Civilian Chief of Staff for the 63d Readiness Division on 25 July 2023. Previously, she served as the Civilian Deputy G1, Human Resource Officer for the 63d Readiness Division. She also served as the Chief of Manpower on the G3/5/7 Force Management team, 63d lead for the Effects Coordination Board, and Transformation Integration Office team member.
