Catrina Collins (formerly Hanley) was appointed to her current role the Civilian Chief of Staff for the 63d Readiness Division on 25 July 2023. Previously, she served as the Civilian Deputy G1, Human Resource Officer for the 63d Readiness Division. She also served as the Chief of Manpower on the G3/5/7 Force Management team, 63d lead for the Effects Coordination Board, and Transformation Integration Office team member. She also served as the Command Executive Officer for the 104th Division at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA responsible for leading and coordinating the operations of the Command and exercising managerial control in the absence of the Commanding General.
Mrs. Collins was appointed as a Staff Administrative Assistant GS-07 for the 1st Brigade 95th Training Division, Ft Leonard Wood, MO on 19 July 2000. During her over 22 years of civilian service, Mrs. Collins has served at multiple echelons from Company to Division as a Unit Administrator, Staff Administrative Assistant, Staff Administrator, Auditor, Supervisory Staff Administrator, Strategic Planner, Human Resource Officer, Command Executive Officer, and Senior Management Analyst. Mrs. Collins has served multiple Department of Defense agencies such as Defense Finance and Accounting Service, US Army Corps of engineers, Department of the Army, and the Department of the Army Reserve.
Mrs. Collins is a graduate of the Civilian Education – Strategic Planning (CESL -SP), Advanced course, Intermediate Course, Army Management Staff College Red Team, Defense of Civil Authorities Level II, Regional Leader Development Program (USARPAC), Contracting Officers Representative Course, Unit Administrators Basic Course, and Unit Pay Administrators Course. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix. Is a certified Fraud Examiner, LEAN SIX SIGMA Green Belt, and is Defense of Civil Authorities Level II Certified. Among her civilian awards are Meritorious Civilian Service Award, 104th Division Leadership Award, and Twenty Year Civilian Service Length of Service Award.
In her military capacity, Mrs. Collins serves as the Command Sergeant Major for the 844th Engineer Battalion under the 412th TEC. She has served over 25 years in the Army and Army Reserve combined. Mrs. Collins and her husband Jason Collins are recently married and have four children between them Taylor, Sean, Isabell and Cameron. Mrs. Collins lives in Sunnyvale, California with her husband.
