LUANDA, Angola - Angolan Army doctor Pedro Silva explains the operations of a hospital wing to U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the 934th Forward Resuscitative Surgical Detachment following the opening ceremony of the Medical Readiness Exercise (MEDREX) in Luanda, Angola, July 8, 2024.
