Army Reserve medical Soldiers prepare for mobilization

Richmond, Va. - Staff Sgt. Erica Muniz and Sgt. Michelle Duke stage their bags for inspection during a Soldier Readiness Processing event April 17, 2020, in Richmond, Va. Eighty-five Soldiers of Army Reserve Medical Command’s 7457th Medical Backfill Battalion are preparing to mobilize as an Army Reserve Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force to assist with patient care in areas heavily-affected by the COVID-19 virus. The Army Reserve has more nearly 3,000 Soldiers supporting the Department of Defense response to the virus.
