Participants of the Family Programs Roundtable discussion held at the 416th Theater Engineer Command headquarters, Darien, Ill., took the opportunity to visit with each other, during a break, and learn more about the challenges they each face and share their experiences overcoming those challenges. The Roundtable discussion was a chance for spousal leadership throughout the three components of the Army to get ideas on improving the programs to meet the needs of Family readiness.
