88th RSC Hosts Yellow Ribbon Event for Soldiers, Families

Brigadier Gen. Stephen E. Strand, center, deputy commanding general, 88th Regional Support Command, addresses the more than 600 attendees to the Yellow Ribbon pre-, during and post-deployment event at Minneapolis Sept. 10. The event allows Soldiers and their family members a chance to learn more about benefits available, how to cope with deployments and other deployment-related information.
