New readiness synchronization system to come down the pipeline for Reserve units

Reserve MPs find new opportunities with The Old Guard

Fueling with food for the fight

A food services specialist with the 425th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, an active duty unit based in Fort Richardson, Alaska, is part of the operation that supplies food for Soldiers at the intermediate staging base in Alexandria, Louisiana for rotation 16-04 at the Joint Readiness Training Center Fort Polk, Louisiana. The active-duty unit is augmenting for their Reserve Component counterparts for the exercise. The Army and Army Reserve continuously make preparations to deliberately and purposefully integrate training among and between components as part of the Army Total Force Policy. The policy ensures that there is continuity within the different components and promotes interoperability.

103rd Quartermaster Company verifies and assists 70 Gorgas citizens

Evacuees from Dara Lam, the provincial capital of Atropia located within the Joint Readiness Training Center exercise, move to the Intermediate Stage Base on Feb. 18, as part of a role play exercise for the 103rd Quartermaster Company to verify and identify local citizens. This evacuee operation exercise helps Soldiers to partner with consulates from the State Department and simulate real world situations that Soldiers may have to encounter in the future.
