Army Reserve leader talks work-life support
Lt. Col. Lisa Jaster, a U.S. Army Reserve Soldier talks to an audience about 'work-life support' during Association of the United States Army's Warrior's Corner at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., Oct. 12, 2022. She encouraged the audience to figure out what makes them happy and to let other things go.
