New York Army Reserve medical brigade gains new commander
Col. Thomas McMahan (outgoing Northeast Medical Area Readiness Support Group commander) passes the NEMARSG unit guidon to Maj. Gen. W. Scott Lynn, commander of Army Reserve Medical Command. Command of the, NEMARSG headquartered in Staten Island, New York, switched between outgoing commander, McMahan, and incoming commander, Col. Craig McFarland in a ceremony reviewed by Lynn Sept. 24, 2022 at the Fort Wadsworth Battery Weed National Historic Site.
